As part of our regulatory incubation service, Midmar Capital can act as interim investment manager during the period pending our clients becoming directly authorised by the FCA.

Midmar Capital is a small authorised UK AIFM (Sub-Threshold). This enables us to act as manager of closed-end, unleveraged alternative investment funds with a limit on our total assets under management of less than € 500 million.
